Catego.info is an online information security management platform enabling your organization to categorize its assets, identify incidents and risks, document audits according to the methodologies you use, and identify the recommendations required to draw up a master plan or security assessment.

Categorization is the first step for companies wishing to take charge of their information security. It involves drawing up an inventory of your organization’s information (paper and electronic), and establishing its importance in terms of availability, integrity and confidentiality. This is followed by an inventory of processes, including their physical locations, the information systems hosting them, or the technological components required for their proper operation.

Our service is aimed at all types of companies and organizations needing to formalize the documentation of their personal and sensitive data, in particular healthcare establishments, public bodies or private companies.

Our service is offered on a subscription basis, depending on the modules you wish to use and the volume of data for certain packages. Our approach allows you to start with a simple package, including a reduced number of processes and offered at a rate of $250 per year or $25 per month, or more comprehensive packages depending on the management required.

As an alternative to manual data entry, our service allows you to import data from flat files to facilitate initial configuration. If your lists are available in another format, or in a format that is not suitable for batch import, our team can, on a consultancy basis, create a customized import routine, or have a member of our team enter the data manually.

For basic packages, only a form authentication using an e-mail address and password is available. For enterprise packages, an SSO approach is recommended.

As our company operates in the field of information security, special care has been taken to ensure a secure environment. You’ll find security measures such as cookie protection, tokens against CSRF, filters against XSS, sound database management, SSL encryption, use of UUIDs, URLS encryption, and more.

Depending on your package, different export modules can be used. All our packages can generate PDFs and certain tagged flat files in CSV format. For enterprise packages, API, SQL or XML export is possible.
